5. Orders & Payments
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase our products. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. The purchase contract is formed only once the order has been shipped or a shipping confirmation has been sent.
Payments are securely processed through authorized payment providers such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, and major credit card networks. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, or policy violations.
6. Order Processing & Delivery
Orders are processed within up to 48 hours after payment confirmation. Once processed, a tracking number is sent to the customer via email.
Delivery times range from 7 to 20 business days, depending on the destination and local logistics conditions.
International Manufacturing & Holiday Notice:
Our products are manufactured and shipped directly from our production facilities located in China. As part of standard international commerce practices, manufacturing and export operations may be temporarily suspended during officially recognized national holidays in the country of origin.
During major national holidays, including but not limited to the Chinese New Year period, factories, logistics providers, and export authorities may operate with limited capacity or temporarily close. In such cases, order processing and shipping timelines may be reasonably extended beyond the standard estimated delivery timeframe.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that delivery estimates are not guaranteed transit times but good-faith projections. Eminent Society shall not be held liable for delays resulting from international public holidays, customs procedures, carrier disruptions, regulatory inspections, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Delays caused by customs procedures, holidays, carriers, or circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of Eminent Society.
7. Returns & Refunds
All return, exchange, and refund conditions are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Please review that policy carefully before making a purchase.
